An opportunity to join an established company within the water industry in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will preferably have a background within the water industry but this is not essential.
The role will support both the Office and Service Department as outline below;
Working within the Service Department and providing the following support:
- Processing engineers paperwork
- Checking Purchase Orders
- Creating Project Codes (Sage)
- Creating Purchase orders (Sage)
- Working on projects within the department – uploading relevant paperwork and invoicing through Sage
- Updating / Checking service planners
- Processing parking requirements for field staff
To provide general office support including the following duties:
- Answering the telephone
- Dealing with enquiries and passing information to the relevant department
- Ordering stationary / office supplies
- Booking accommodation / travel for field staff
- Dealing with enquiries through the admin mailbox
Work Location :
- On-Site Working
Salary – £18k – £22k DOE
