An opportunity to join an established company within the water industry in Glasgow. The ideal candidate will preferably have a background within the water industry but this is not essential.

The role will support both the Office and Service Department as outline below;

Working within the Service Department and providing the following support:

  • Processing engineers paperwork
  • Checking Purchase Orders
  • Creating Project Codes (Sage)
  • Creating Purchase orders (Sage)
  • Working on projects within the department – uploading relevant paperwork and invoicing through Sage
  • Updating / Checking service planners
  • Processing parking requirements for field staff

To provide general office support including the following duties:

  • Answering the telephone
  • Dealing with enquiries and passing information to the relevant department
  • Ordering stationary / office supplies
  • Booking accommodation / travel for field staff
  • Dealing with enquiries through the admin mailbox

  • On-Site Working


Salary – £18k – £22k DOE
