Are you an experienced Bookkeeper looking for a new opportunity? One of our clients based in Aberdeen are looking for a Bookkeeper to come join them on a full-time, permanent basis. Our client is a professional firm who have over 30 years’ experience within the Accountancy sector and pride themselves on providing excellent customer service for each individual client.

As a Bookkeeper you will be a key finance contact and you will be responsible for ensuring any finance queries are resolved quickly and to a high standard. As a Bookkeeper you will bring a wealth of experience into their practise, you will liaise with the Accountants daily and ensure the smooth running of the finance processes & procedures.
The key duties will be but are not limited to:
- Bookkeeping for a variety of clients, Sole traders, Charities, Limited companies etc
- General bookkeeping duties
- Preparing monthly payroll through Sage
- VAT return preparation
- PAYE services
Experience required:
- Previous experience within a Practise setting is essential
- A professional Accounting qualification (AAT etc)
- Previous experience within a similar role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- SAGE Payroll and IRIS software experience is preferred
- Driving licence would be beneficial
