Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator

Salary : up to £27,300

Excited to be working with my client on a unique role. The client, based near Stirling, provides complete rural estate management services across the whole of Scotland as well as other enterprises such as holiday accommodation and various outdoor sporting lets. The client is now looking to expand their finance team with a new Bookkeeper / Accounts Administrator on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role:

As the client manages different aspects of multiple estates the role will be varied and includes duties for multiple accounts such as:

  • Bookkeeping
  • Payroll
  • VAT Returns
  • General Office Administration

The Candidate:

The client is looking for someone who is enthusiastic, self-motivated, has excellent attention to detail and can demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team. In addition, you will:

  • Be able to demonstrate experience from a previous role or hold a relative qualification.
  • Have payroll experience (preference)
  • Have knowledge of accounting practices.
  • Have knowledge of double entry & cash book accounting software (essential)
  • Have strong organisational skills.

Salary: £24,000 – £27,300

  • Due to the location of the office, a drivers licence and own transport is required
