An outstanding opportunity for a Business Development/ Bid Manager to join a well-establish Main Construction Contractor is now available. This is an integral role within the company and will see you liaise regularly with Senior Management within the team. Working across sectors such as Housing, Education, Healthcare and more you will be joining this company at a time where they are moving from strength to strength and winning regular contracts across the central belt. Responsibilities

  • Identifying new business opportunities.
  • Building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Creating sales forecasts.
  • Creating strategies to reach new business opportunities.
  • Managing and training other members of the team
  • Analysing tenders.
  • Planning bid preparation.
  • Ensuring all bids are delivered on time.

 

Salary:

  • £60-70K
