A great opportunity for a CNC Machinist has now become available for a well-established Oil and Gas company based near Angus. You will be joining a busy, modern machine shop and skills within manual, milling or turning will be considered. This is a company who posses strong levels of team work and they are looking for an individual who can fit in as part of a team seamlessly and be a team player. Reporting to the machine shop supervisor, you will be responsible for working with high specification materials.


  • Using the CNC Machine.
  • Fitting correct tools to active machines.
  • Performing proper set-up and calibration procedures for all equipment and accessories
  • Setting tolerance levels and cutting speeds.
  • Translates the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for production.
  • Inspecting workflows to ensure that technical and quality standards are met.
  • Devising a work plan to efficiently carry out daily machining.
