A great opportunity has become available for a Cost Controller to come join on of our clients based in Aberdeen. This is a contract role until April 2023. This is a great opportunity to join a busy, innovative and established organisation. Our client is a local service provider who are continuously growing and wining contracts. The key responsibilities include:
- Vendor tracking
- PO tracking from client
- Review projects profit & loss statements and account analysis
- Preparation of monthly profit & loss statement
- Review monthly financial results assigned with rig teams
- Review assigned area related vendor invoices
- Prepare budgets / roll-on forecasting
- Interact and liaise with project planners & project manager to ensure budgets are kept updated
- Determine priorities in the preparation of department
- Maintain files and documents thoroughly for the project
Experience required:
- Accounting qualification required (CIMA or ACCA)
- Rig upgrade experience required
- SAP or SAGE experience
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Oil & Gas background is preferred
