Contract QHSE Administrator Aberdeen

One of our clients based in Aberdeen is looking for a QHSE Administrator to come join them on a fixed term contract. Within the role you will be providing support to all of my clients Quality Assurance Activities which will include the maintenance of our clients integrated management systems (IMS). As a proactive member of my client’s team you will ensure that all significant issues are investigated to the highest of standards and to ensure that lessons are identified and verified as part of their internal audit arrangements.

 

The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Encourage continuous improvements and identify any improvements internally & externally
  2. Encourage collaborative environments – encourage departments across the business to support and share information & feedback when required
  3. Comply and use my clients systems, processes and tools accordingly and to improve any management processes, systems or tolls accordingly
  4. Promote my clients core values
  5. Contribute to the development of quality objectives
  6. Provide guidance, support and training where appropriate with regards to IMS
  7. Liaise with process personnel to arrange improvements to be implemented
  8. Complete QHSE questionnaires to enhance the review process
  9. Ensure that all COSHH information is regularly reviewed and any changes are communicated to the relevant parties
  10. Maintain personal protective equipment matrices with managers / supervisors to ensure changes are communicated and managed effectively
  11. Participate in audits to verify compliance to appropriate legislative requirements
  12. Communicate audit outcomes with relevant parties
  13. Prepare monthly QHSE Statistics, including HSE reporting
  14. Provide administrative support to the QHSE department

 

Qualifications / Experience required:

  1. A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role
  2. Experience with document administration and use of content (document) management systems
  3. Experience of data inputting/handling
  4. QMS internal auditor qualification is desirable
  5. Quality management qualification would be desirable, e.g. CQI Certificate
  6. Qualification in occupational health and safety
