You will be part of a well-established company carrying out a vital role to the company, working on projects such as Office Refurbishments, Retail Modernisations, and other Commercial Builds. This company have built up an excellent port folio and have developed a great reputation through completing projects to an outstanding standard. They continue to win contracts regularly and seek an Estimator who can work in a busy and rewarding environment.
Responsibilities
- Research materials, equipment and labour costs.
- Gather quotes from sub-contractors.
- Prepare and submit quotations for work.
- Assist with new bids for contracts.
- Adhere to all health and safety.
- Liaise with Managers and Clients.
Must
- Have strong Estimating experience.
- Be confident within a busy environment.
