A new opportunity for an Estimator to join an established Construction Contractor based in Glasgow has just been made available. You will possess quality experience on projects such as refurbishments on housing, cladding, roofing, render, kitchens, bathrooms and more. Other projects focussed on include Commercial, Retail, Education & Healthcare. Sticking to their core values, this company allow you to hit the ground running, providing all the equipment needed for you to achieve this whilst creating an environment you enjoy working in.
Responsibilities:
- Help to compile bids for work.
- Oversee cost forecasts on projects.
- Calculate cost of materials, labour and transport.
- Construct detailed price lists for each project.
- Adhere to all health and safety requirements.
- Visits to site when and where required.
Must:
- Show demonstrable experience within an Estimating role.
- Have experience on Social Housing refurbishments.
Salary:
- Up to £45K
