An outstanding position has become available for an Estimator to join the Roofing and Cladding Division of a busy Main Refurbishment and Fit Out Contractor. The role will be based in Glasgow on a range of Commercial Projects including offices, hotels, restaurants and more. Ideally, you will possess experience in Flat Roofing, Profile Cladding, Roofs and Walls and have a demonstrable track record within Estimating. They have built an enviable reputation over the years which has been down to their ability to deliver quality and complex projects to a high standard.
Responsibilities:
- Researching prices and collecting quotes from suppliers.
- Review and assess cost estimates.
- Conduct regular risk assessments.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with contractors and vendors.
- Preparing and submitting quotations.
- Assisting with bids for new contracts.
