One of my clients based in Aberdeen are looking for an Accountant to come join their organisation. They are a well-established business with operations world-wide. They are going through a period of substantial growth and require an experienced accountant to come join them on their journey.
The responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- VAT Returns (quarterly)
- Produce management accounts
- P&L reviews
- Ensure all accounts are in line with company policies and procedures
- Responsible for staff training and any developments
- Produce reports for head office
The essential skills and knowledge required:
- Experience within a bust accounting department
- Experience of conducting training and having direct reports
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- Excellent computer literacy specifically Excel
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team
- Experience of liaising with a number of different personnel at numerous levels within an organisation
