We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients based in the East Coast of Scotland. With offices in Aberdeen & Dundee, candidates have the ability to work from an office which best suits them and their location.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Reconcile invoices
  2. Ensure project sheets and actual costs are kept up to date
  3. Ensure PO invoices are processed for approval
  4. Liaise with external and internal stakeholders including office personnel, suppliers and senior management
  5. Assist with any ad hoc duties when required across different departments


The key skills / knowledge / experience required:

  1. Driving licence is essential
  2. Excellent organisational and communication skills
  3. An eye for detail is essential
  4. Previous experience within a busy and diverse environment
  5. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word
