One of our clients in Aberdeen are looking for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing finance department. Due to continual growth they are looking for an experienced finance professional to join their Aberdeen office. Do you have experience of working within an Accountancy firm and are looking for a new opportunity, then this could be the opportunity for you. Our client is a committed employer who encourages upskilling, therefore professional training is supported.

 

The Responsibilities:

  1. Processing payroll
  2. Prepare limited company accounts
  3. Preparation of sole trader accounts
  4. Preparation of partnership accounts
  5. Processing clients archives
  6. Preparing VAT returns

 

Essential Experience / Skills required:

  1. 2 years’ experience within an Accountancy Firm
  2. Working towards professional qualification including AAT/ACCA
  3. 1 year bookkeeper experience
  4. Experience of accounting software packages
