A new opportunity has become available within one of our client’s Accountancy firms based in Aberdeen. Due to continual success and business growth, they are looking to expand their accounts department with some experienced finance professionals. Are you someone who has previous experience within an Accountancy firm and are looking for a new challenge? This could be just the move you need. The Accounts Assistant will become an active member in their busy accounts department.

 

The duties:

  1. Preparation of accounts including limited companies
  2. Preparation of sole trader accounts
  3. Preparation of partnership accounts
  4. Preparation of charities accounts
  5. Preparation of corporation Tax computations
  6. Management accounts
  7. Generally assisting with client queries

 

Essential experience / Skills includes:

  1. Previous experience within an Accountancy firms
  2. Strong limited company accounts experience
  3. Good communication skills
  4. Robust team working skills

 

Non-essential requirements:

  1. Accounting qualification would be desirable but not essential
