A new opportunity has become available within a well-established and a highly respected company based in the North-East of Scotland. Company is a market leader in supplying products to the construction industry in the UK, EU & ROW with revenue c.£30m. Due to continual expansion, this client is looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their Finance Team based in Montrose.
Reporting directly to the Management Accountant, the responsibilities of the Accounts Assistant will include but are not limited to:
- Processing entries in Inventory System
- Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
- Responsible for monthly reconciliation between Inventory System and Purchase ledger
- Processing sales invoices
- Processing bank payments and monthly supplier BACS runs
- Responsible for company credit card admin
Experience and skills required:
- 3 + years experience in a similar role
- An eye for detail.
- Comfortable with a small finance team – team of up to 4 including FD
- Experience with SAGE 200 system desired but not essential
Additional information:
- 3 years relevant experience (minimum)
- Full time or Part time applications considered
