Are you a hard-working qualified finance professional looking for a new challenge heading into the new year? One of our clients based in Aberdeenshire are looking for an experienced Accounts Supervisor to come join them on a full-time, permanent basis.

The key responsibilities include:

  1. Monthly management account preparation
  2. Supervising finance assistants
  3. Cashflow forecasting and budgeting
  4. Quarterly VAT returns / reconciliations
  5. Credit control and aged debt
  6. Budget analysis
  7. Annual and monthly stock takes
  8. Maintenance of spreadsheets and fixed asset register
  9. And additional duties when required

 

The key Skills / Education / knowledge required:

  1. Qualified Accounting Qualification
  2. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  3. Sage package experience and knowledge
  4. Microsoft package knowledge including, Word & Excel
