As an administrator you will be part of a diverse team and you will quickly become a valuable asset. As an administrator you will be responsible for ensuring all paperwork is of high standard, any queries are dealt with in a timely manner and you will be the first point of contact for any administrative related questions.


The key responsibilities include:

  1. Raising and checking purchase orders
  2. Creating codes for projects
  3. Ensure all engineering paperwork is completed
  4. Checking and updating service planners
  5. Coordinate field staff requirements
  6. Ensure admin mailbox is maintained
  7. Ordering any utilities for the office
  8. Liaise with internal and external customers / employees
  9. Ensure all office supplies are kept stocked


The key skills / qualifications / experience required:

  1. Previous experience within an office junior role would be desirable
  2. Experience of sage would be desirable
  3. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  4. Have the ability to build external and internal relationships
