As an Administration Assistant you will have the following responsibilities:

  1. Communicate effectively between departments within the organisation
  2. Provide administrative support to multiple departments
  3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  4. Provide reception cover when required
  5. Data entry
  6. Photocopying, scanning and printing when requested
  7. Ensure all bookings are organised and coordinated correctly
  8. Generate reports when required
  9. Ensure my clients core values are implemented on a day to day basis
  10. Establish good working relationships with key personnel within the organisation


The key skills / experience / knowledge required:

  1. Excellent communication and organisational skills
  2. A good level of English and Maths
  3. A relevant qualification within Administration or related subject
  4. Excellent IT skills specifically Microsoft Word & Excel
