An Assistant Site Manager position has become available to join an established Main Housebuilding Contractor based in Aberdeen. This exciting opportunity would be covering two sites relatively close to each other and comes with a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package. Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing on-site labourers and Construction Workers
  2. Ensuring building materials and equipment are available at all times
  3. Monitoring construction budget and expenses
  4. Providing clients with the appropriate work completion timeline
  5. Coordinating daily onsite activities with the Site Supervisor
  6. Liaising between clients and subcontractors/suppliers
  7. Planning and implementing work schedules
  8. Adhering to the construction industry standards and safety regulations
  9. Reviewing and communicating onsite progress to clients
  10. Undertaking site safety inspections

 

Remunerations:

  1. £35-45K
  2. Car Allowance
  3. 34 Days Holiday
