A new opportunity for a BID Coordinator to work for a Leading Civil Engineering and Building Contractor based in Glasgow has become available. The role will be permanent and based within their head office reporting to the BID Manager. They cover a wide range of projects across civils and building sectors such as roads/infrastructure, rail, small works, surfacing, drainage, commercial, industrial and retail. Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  1. Writing compliant, professionally produced tender submissions and PQQ’s within customer defined time-frames
  2. Completing customer questionnaires and compliance documents
  3. Collation of project information to be used in completing bids
  4. Maintaining and updating the bids database
  5. Dissecting Bids / Tenders feedback to identify areas for improvement or competitive advantages in future proposals
  6. Ensure consistent branding for all company specific documents
  7. Supporting Business Development Team by producing content and updating/managing of Company Website and Company Social Media i.e. Linkedin


Previous marketing experience
