The key responsibilities include:
- Posting bank transactions
- Assist preparation of weekly cash forecasts
- Assist with annual financial audit
- Preparation of quote to customers
- Support management of tender process
- General admin support to management
- Support corporate marketing
- Liaise with HR to assist with admin and other duties when required
- Prepare monthly HSEQ statistics
- ISO9001 management system admin duties
- Assist with any other duties when required
The key skills / qualifications / knowledge needed:
- HNC in Accounting / Business Admin or relevant office experience
- Excellent commercial awareness
- Great organisational and communicational skills
- IT literate, particularly with Microsoft Office packages
- Self-motivated individual
- Have the ability to critically think
