One of our clients in Aberdeen is looking for an experienced administrator to come join them on a full-time and permanent basis. As a business administrator you will be liaising with an array of different personnel across the business and therefore must be confident in your communication ability. Our client is a well establish organisation who are going through a period of substantial growth.


The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. General administration support to management including General, Commercial, Engineering, Management Accountant and HR
  2. Prepare presentations and assist with reports when required – board reports & monthly business review reports
  3. Provide support with marketing to support the development of the brand



  1. Preparation of tender documentation and the tender process
  2. Preparation of quotations
  3. Maintain & create client contracts
  4. Prepare of presentations and assist with any reports as required



  1. Preparation of monthly business review reports
  2. Monthly HSEQ statistics
  3. ISO9001 quality management system administrator
  4. Internal auditor – prepare the audit schedule
  5. Assist with external third party audits



  1. Posting bank transactions
  2. Annual financial audit assistance
  3. Posting purchase invoices to accounting finance package



  1. General HR administration & support when required


The skills / knowledge / experience required include:

  1. HNC in Accounting/ Administration or relevant accounting / Commercial office experience
  2. Experience of working in Offshore Energy sector
  3. The ability to work to deadlines
  4. Excellent organisational and team working skills
  5. Self-motivated individual with great communication ability
