They are looking for a Contract Manager who has solid experience within the role who would be able to hit the ground running in a hardworking and rewarding environment.   1. Oversee projects from start through to completion.
  2. Ensure that work is completed on time and within its budget.
  3. First point of contact for members of the public, clients, site managers and sub-contractors.
  4. Stay on top of health and safety.
  5. Negotiating sub-contract orders and monitoring sub-contractors, planning critical dates, and organising labour.
  6. Identifying areas for improvement.
