An outstanding opportunity for a Contracts Manager to Join a Main Joinery Contractor based in Dundee. You will be joining a well-established company who provide bespoke and creative renovations and design and builds of new homes. Previous projects include Hotels, Large Head Quarters, Dental Practices, Golf Resorts and more. You will be part of a highly skilled team who strive to achieve the best results on time and in budget.
Responsibilities:
- Plan projects and ensure they are programmed to a level for the site team to deliver.
- Ensure site team compliance.
- Attend tender handover meetings and deliver pre-start meetings to the site team.
- Produce and analyse progress reports.
- Chair and attend internal and external meetings.
- Implement the risk management process.
Must have:
- Joinery background.
- Previous experience running projects.
