The key responsibilities include:
- Be the first point of contact for all customers
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication across the business
- Assist and resolve any customer queries promptly
- Analyse and maintain customer forecasts
- Produce orders through SAP
- Take part in the monthly forecasting meetings
- Ensure relationships are built and maintained throughout the business and customers
- Provide great customer service through internal systems
- Liaise with the company to implement, analyse and continuously improve internal processes
The key skills / knowledge / experience required:
- Excellent Excel skills
- IT literate with other Microsoft office packages
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and oral
- Ability to work under own initiative and a part of a team
- Customer service experience essential
- Experience of SAP or equivalent
- Experience of international sales and freight would be desirable
- Have the ability to report and analyse data
