The key responsibilities include:

  1. Be the first point of contact for all customers
  2. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth communication across the business
  3. Assist and resolve any customer queries promptly
  4. Analyse and maintain customer forecasts
  5. Produce orders through SAP
  6. Take part in the monthly forecasting meetings
  7. Ensure relationships are built and maintained throughout the business and customers
  8. Provide great customer service through internal systems
  9. Liaise with the company to implement, analyse and continuously improve internal processes

 

The key skills / knowledge / experience required:

  1. Excellent Excel skills
  2. IT literate with other Microsoft office packages
  3. Excellent communication skills both verbal and oral
  4. Ability to work under own initiative and a part of a team
  5. Customer service experience essential
  6. Experience of SAP or equivalent
  7. Experience of international sales and freight would be desirable
  8. Have the ability to report and analyse data
