An outstanding opportunity for a Design Technician is now available to join an established Architectural Practice based near Perth. They have built up and excellent client portfolio and have received nothing but strong reviews. A taste of the projects they have been involved are multiple high-end hotels, country estates, castle renovations and private homes. They take pride in their inspirational designs amongst mountains, lochs and rivers and the relationships they build with their staff, clients and contractors whilst carrying out projects of various sizes. A team environment is important, and it is evident that this is a major factor within the business.

Responsibilities:

1. To ensure designs and associated tasks are completed within scheduled/programmed timescales.
2. To provide the sites with accurate and efficient information.
3. To adhere to design programme.
4. Preparation and passing of information to site.
5. To contribute to outlined department objectives and design office procedures.

Beneficial:

1. 5 years’ experience in a similar role
