One of our clients in Aberdeen are looking for an experienced finance assistant to come join their growing organisation. They are an established Oil & Gas company with a bright future ahead with winning projects constantly. They are going through a period of growth and require an additional assistant within the finance department.
The key responsibilities include:
- Purchase invoice and ensure all documents are attached and correct
- Code input purchase invoices
- Preparation on sales invoices
- Timesheets
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Prepare payment runs
- Credit control
- Reconcile bank statements and monthly petty cash
- Prepare prepayment schedule and accruals for month end
- Prepare monthly PO and input journal
- Audits when required
The key skills / knowledge/ education required:
- Accountancy qualification
- Experience of a similar role
- IT literate
- Knowledge of AX software would be beneficial
- Excellent communication & team player
