The key responsibilities include:

  1. Full responsibility of month end management accounts including stock and property costs
  2. Forecasting and budgeting
  3. Review budget submissions
  4. Weekly business performance reporting actuals v budget
  5. Variance analysis
  6. Report to senior management team
  7. Liaise with external stakeholders to ensure property costs are in line with contractual terms
  8. Income billing is completed in a timely and accurate manner
  9. P&L management
  10. Continuously improve internal procedures
  11. Support the FD with any ad hoc duties
  12. Support with year-end and audit processes where necessary


The key skills / experience / knowledge required:

  1. Qualified or Part-Qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  2. Excellent excel skills & knowledge
  3. Great analytical skills
  4. Proven track record of working under pressure and to tight deadlines
