One of our clients based in Stirling are looking for a Finance & Invoicing Assistant to come join them on a permanent and full-time basis. Our client prides themselves on employee growth and therefore there will be internal opportunities to progress throughout the finance team.


The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  1. Produce all invoicing which are related to engineering
  2. Responsible for client Purchase order spend reporting and forecasting on a monthly & ad-hoc basis
  3. Month end process ensuring all costs & revenue are inputted from accruals
  4. Produce support when required in accounts payable
  5. Any ad-hoc duties when required
  6. Maintain good relationships with clients internally and externally
  7. Ensure all policies and procedures are followed at all times
  8. Travel when necessary


The key skills / knowledge / experience required:

  1. Experience of ERP systems
  2. IT literate
  3. Excellent organisational and communicational skills
  4. Excellent attention to detail
  5. Have the ability to prioritise work
