Permanent Finance Manager Perth

The key responsibilities include:

1. Leading a small team of Finance Analysts to ensure financial reporting is accurate and on time to all stakeholders involved
2. Overseeing monthly reporting, yearly account preparation, budgeting, and forecasting
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with the larger finance team and non-finance team members
4. VAT preparation and analysis for Corporate Tax submissions
5. Continuously provide areas of improvement within internal systems and processes to ensure efficiency is of the highest level
6. Directly reporting to head of Finance, you will be leading finance reporting, analysis and business improvement
7. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders when required

The essential requirements include:

1. Qualified Accountant (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
2. Excellent experience withing Budget management, forecasting, planning and risk identification
3. Excellent problem solving skills
4. Great understanding and knowledge of international accounting standards
5. Good communication skills and team player
6. Have a “can do” attitude
7. Confident in building lasting relationships with your team and winder company
