Are you an experienced Finance Manager looking for a new rewarding opportunity? Our client is looking for a part-time finance manager to come join them on a permanent basis. Working part-time, 24 hours a week with a great deal of flexibility on offer including hybrid working if required.
The key responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the management and financial reporting of the business
- Annual budget preparation
- Preparation of Management accounts
- Purchase, sales and nominal ledger
- Bank reconciliations
- Ensure all administrative duties are complete in-line with financial, contract and income obligations
- Ensure all compliance is complete in-line with legislative and regulatory requirements
- Management of invoicing and payments
- Liaise with external stakeholders
- Management of income and fees to ensure maximum revenue potential
- Leading and managing budget control
- Ensure all tendering agreements and ongoing relationships with suppliers are of high standard
The key skills / experience / knowledge required:
- Degree level education in Accountancy (preferred)
- Qualified accountant
- Management experience within a finance department
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Excellent ability to work closely with an array of different stakeholders internally & externally
- Motivated individual
Software experience:
- IT Literate – Microsoft Office Software experience including Outlook, Word, Excel and SharePoint
- Xero Software
- HR Systems
