One of our clients based in Aberdeen is looking for an experienced HR advisor to come join their growing organisation. The ideal candidate will have extensive HR experience within the Oil & Gas industry. Our client is looking for a candidate who has experience of complex ER issues including redundancy, investigation and disciplinary hearings.


The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Provide HR support, guidance and advice to all areas of the business
  2. Support the onboaring and recruitment process
  3. Manage end to end processes with efficiency through employees life cycle
  4. Site and offshore visits
  5. Contribute to the development of HR policies for the assigned business unit
  6. Support other HR personnel to ensure all activities are completed in a timely and accurate manner
  7. Ensure all employee training, development and results are all aligned with business goals


The essential skills / experience needed include:

  1. Degree qualified
  2. CIPD qualified
  3. 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role
  4. Experience of coordinating basic HR policies and plans within a structured environment
  5. ESA / OCA exposure would be beneficial


Additional information:

  1. Monday – Friday
  2. Hybrid working arrangements
  3. 37.5 hours a week
