One of our local clients is looking for an operations administrator to come join their growing office. The ideal candidate will be a well-rounded individual who can work independently and within a team. Within this role you will become an active part of the operations department and become a valuable team member. If you are looking for a new local opportunity this could be just the one for you.


The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  1. Assist the finance department with queries regarding invoices and payments
  2. Raising purchase orders when required
  3. Liaise with the site manager and assist with daily operational duties
  4. Provide general administration to customers
  5. Resolve any customer requests/equerries via email, phone or in person
  6. Assist with site HSEQ admin and paperwork
  7. Adhoc duties when required


Experience required:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. IT literate
  3. Excellent admin skills
  4. Proficient in Microsoft packages
  5. Well-mannered and confident liaising with customers via phone
