The key responsibilities include:

  1. Project invoicing and review invoice tracker when appropriate
  2. Provide any assistance with regards to budgets and project expenditure
  3. Create IDS sheets for all invoicing against expenses
  4. Support with the creation of Variation Orders
  5. Track equipment
  6. Senior management expenses
  7. General admin duties
  8. Diary management
  9. Maintain good working relationships with project teams
  10. Ensure QHSE standards are maintained throughout


The skills / knowledge / qualifications required:

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  2. Excellent communication skills
  3. Database knowledge
  4. Have the ability to multi-task
  5. Great Organisational skills
  6. Proactive and have a “can do” attitude
