One of our clients based in Aberdeen is looking for an experienced Project Cost Administrator to come join them on a full-time basis. Our client is a successful privately owned organisation going through a substantial period of growth at present. Due to continued success they are looking to expand their administration department and bring in some new knowledge and skills. Our client is looking for a proactive individual and is open to both Perm and Temp personnel.


The key responsibilities include:

  1. Monitor invoice tracker
  2. Project invoicing, issue Millstone Certificates when required to clients
  3. Support the budget and project personnel
  4. Create CTRs and IDS sheets for all invoicing
  5. Coordinate project meetings
  6. Track equipment utilisation
  7. General admin duties
  8. Management expenses
  9. Minute taking


Experience/ Skills / Knowledge required

  1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience within a fast paced Oil & Gas organisation
  2. Oil & Gas exposure and knowledge
  3. Database knowledge in Focal point and Cloud based SharePoint
  4. IT Literate
  5. Excellent communication skills
  6. Willingness to learn & adapt to new ways of working
  7. Proactive mind set
