Job Purpose:

  1. To ensure the quality of products & processes are consistent & to the highest quality standards.
  2. Ensure compliance with all appropriate company clients/legislative requirements.
  3. Working under the Group Project & Asset Management team, in conjunction with other key functions – Engineering, Operations and Product Development.

 

Key Responsibilities:

HSEQ

  1. Communicate, manage, and maintain high levels of awareness and compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures.
  2. Ensure that self and team are aware and comply with all client and job specific procedures/legislation.
  3. Maintain an active role in the identification of opportunities for continual improvement in the Company’s quality, health, safety, and environmental management system.

 

Quality

  1. Assist with ongoing ATEX compliance from equipment.
  2. Manage the Post-Hire Inspection of Assets at each site, in accordance with Company operating policies and procedures. Apply Red Tag & document findings.
  3. Create & facilitate Inspection & Test Plans (ITP) for new build assets (internal & external) in conjunction with product development.
  4. FULL control of Pre-Hire documentation & creation of documentation Portfolio – Client Portal, in accordance with Company operating policies and procedures, in line with the Fleet Manager.
  5. Manage the Pre-Hire corrective actions through to closure or Conditional Release/Waiver, in accordance with Company operating policies and procedures.
  6. Lead Investigations into failed Product or Process as per NCR / SR requirements
  7. Develop ITP for new build assets in line with Supplier (internal or external)

 

Qualifications/Training:

Essential

  1. Degree/HNC/HND Level or equivalent in Technical or HSEQ discipline.
  2. PUWER Assessor.

 

Preferred

  1. ISO9001:2015 Auditor qualified.
  2. Quality Professional accreditation.

 

Experience:

Essential

  1. Background & experience in a quality role within a technical / oil & gas related subject.
  2. ISO9001:2015 knowledge.
  3. Knowledge of mechanical & electrical equipment certification requirements for the Oil & Gas sector.
  4. DNV 2.7-1 knowledge
  5. ATEX and CE knowledge

 

Preferred

  1. Knowledge of welding and manufacturing processes.
  2. Developing a Quality Management System.
  3. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Techniques [5S]

 

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies:

Essential

  1. Ability to develop and follow operational instructions
  2. Ability to travel offshore/overseas when required.
  3. Clean UK Drivers Licence.

 

Preferred

  1. Competent in applying defined systems of work.
  2. Knowledge of developing new HSEQ
