The company specialises in Commercial and Domestic sectors, with on going projects such as Castle Renovations, New Build Housing and Church Renovations to name a few. This is a contractor who are growing from strength to strength, winning new contracts regularly and gaining repeat business through their high-quality finishes. This is a chance for someone who can hit the ground running and be part of a dynamic work force with a hands-on approach.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing, negotiating, and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.
- Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time, and labour costs.
- Valuing completed work and arranging for payments.
- Advise on a procurement strategy.
- Provide advice on contractual claims.
- Understand the implications of health and safety regulations.
