An excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career as a Quantity Surveyor. This opportunity will be based near Bathgate with an Award Winning Construction Contractor who work on some truly interesting projects including Listed Buildings, Distilleries and Luxury Homes. They have enjoyed rising success and are now looking to add to their commercial department with a driven Quantity Surveyor who has passion for the industry and can hit the ground running. They have developed an excellent portfolio of repeat clients due to their high-quality work and they are wining regular contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Price/ forecast the cost of materials for each project.
- Prepare tender documents.
- Prepare bills of quantities, budgets and bills.
- Pay sub-contractors.
- Measure and value work completed on site.
- Liaise with clients
Salary:
- £30-35K
