- Assessing strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities within the sales team
- Implanting new sales initiatives, programmes and strategies
- Continuously build on long standing relationships with stakeholders and customers throughout the business
- Represent the company at all times
The key skills / knowledge / experience required:
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record of successfully leading a sales team
- Excellent monitoring, coaching and leading skills
- Previous experience within a busy sales team
