We have an exciting opportunity that has just become available for experienced Site Managers to join an Interior Fit-Out Contractor based in Aberdeen. Specialising in office fit-out they also carry out interior work for Gyms, Universities, Hotels and Industrial Units and have been operating for an amount of time that has seen them build an excellent reputation as a well-known contractor in the UK. They are passionate of their work and work with clients of all sizes. They are looking for Site Managers who are committed and reliable, buying into the company’s ethos of completing projects with quality and vision whilst keeping a high regard for health and safety.



  1. Oversee construction projects from conception to completion
  2. Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
  3. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
  4. Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
  5. Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
  6. Meet contractual conditions of performance
  7. Review the work progress on daily basis
  8. Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
  9. Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones


Must Have:

  1. 3 years’ experience in management
  2. Trades background
  3. SMSTS card
  4. Full first aid



  1. £40-45K
