The opportunity for a Site Manager to join a well-established Construction Company has become available based in Aberdeen.   1. Monitor H&S Performance / Compliance / Training.
  2. Undertake Site Inspections to ensure compliance.
  3. Carry out toolbox talks and/or ensure subcontractors carry them out effectively.
  4. Ensure adequate and suitable resources are available and review subcontractors with commercial team.
  5. Control infrastructure, build and prelim costs in line with budgets.
  6. Manage NHBC inspections ensuring minimum of RI’s.
  7. Liaise with other departments and suppliers to ensure effective communication.
  8. Record weekly sub-contractors meetings and issue as required.



  1. SMSTS
  2. Black CSCS Card
  3. Mental Health Aid (preferred)
  4. Asbestos Awareness
  5. First Aid Qualified



  1. Time served tradesman
  2. Previous experience in Site Management
  3. NHBC knowledge
  4. Experience working for a Housing Developer
