This is an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to join a Main Construction Contractor operating on projects on the West Coast of Scotland. With works spanning down to the Ayrshire area, we are looking for experienced individuals who possess recent experience on Industrial, Distillery and Retail projects. You will be joining a busy contractor with an excellent reputation who have plenty of ongoing work and are consistently winning new contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Liaising with the client.
- Agree costs and resourcing to deliver the project.
- Select and lead a team.
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers.
- Communicate with all levels of staff.
- Adhere to all health and safety.
- Report progress regular to Senior Management.
