This client is based in central Aberdeen and is an expanding business with ambitious goals. Looking for a HSEQ Coordinator to come in and be a vital part of the team.


The Role


This role primarily will ensure the delivery of reporting, risk and assurance requirements for the HSE function. This position will work closely with the Fleet HSE and Operations department to promote a culture of safety and productivity. The role will be based in our Aberdeen office.




  • HSEQ system administration and maintenance of key HSEQ processes including audit and inspection programme.
  • Undertake analysis of HSE performance and assist with development of associated reports and communications.
  • Liaise with HSE Superintendents and Discipline Engineers to maintain the HSE Audit programme.
  • Coordinate the collation of data and information to support the Management Review process and HSE KPIs.
  • Responsible for follow-up and resolving actions from audits and incident investigations.
  • Responsible to monitor compliance to relevant national and international HSSE standards and legislation.
  • Perform regular follow-up on open HSEQ Synergi cases and actions.
  • Support development of procedures within HSE management system for the FPSO and in country operational office(s).
  • Coordination of compliance towards environmental permits and consents.
  • Assists in initiatives towards enhancement and implementation of a proactive Safety Culture.


Education & Experience


  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
  • Formal qualifications in health and safety management is an advantage.
  • Relevant experience may replace formal qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years’ of deploying HSE role with front end workers.
  • Previous experience within offshore industry is an advantage.
  • Have a demonstrated background and knowledge of international Quality and HSE standards.

  • Able to travel to offshore locations and in-country base offices.
  • Able to obtain OGUK or equivalent medical clearance and BOSIET certification.


Remuneration & Benefits


  • Salary- £35-40K
  • Flexi Working.
