They require a Quantity Surveyor who has experience in this field and can hit the ground running within a busy environment. Projects include Office Fit-Out, Hospitals, Commercial Builds and more. Responsibilities
- Preparing Bills of Quantities
- Pricing and forecasting costs of different materials needed for each project.
- Measure and value on site.
- Liaise with Senior Management withing the team.
- Adhere to all health and safety.
- Write up reports.
- Liaising with clients and sub-contractors.
Salary
- Up to £55K
