This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor based in Aberdeen to join a busy Consultancy and Main Fit Out Company. Whether it’s Design and Build or Consultancy and Design, you will be part of a thriving company who have enjoyed great success since they began. Projects have included Office modernisation, Universities, Hotels, Headquarters and many more. Over the years they have built an strong reputation across the country and they look to add a Quantity Surveyor who can contribute to this success.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities.
- Undertake cost analysis.
- Prepare and analyse project costings.
- Allocate work to subcontractors.
- Maintain awareness of the different building contracts in current use.
- Negotiate contracts and work schedules.
Beneficial:
- Degree qualified.
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
