An outstanding opportunity for an Aberdeen based Quantity Surveyor is now available to join a Specialist Design Contractor. This is an integral role to the company where you can be expected to be involved in some exciting projects in sectors such as Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Hospitality & Leisure, Industrial and more. They have developed an outstanding reputation through their quality and vision, leading to excellent results.
Responsibilities
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, contracts.
- Pricing and forecasting the cost of different materials.
- Measure and value work on site.
- Dealing with sub-contractors.
- Liaise with Construction Managers.
- Adjust budget projects accordingly.
Must
- Have demonstrable experience in a similar role
Salary
- Up to £48K
