AS a Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining this company at a busy time, working on multiple Residential and Commercial Builds which stand proudly in their own right across the city. Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss project requirements.
- Prepare contract documents and tenders.
- Undertaking site surveys and estimates.
- Identify commercial risks.
- Ensuring all projects are delivered within budget.
- Maximising potential project income at all times.
Beneficial:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying.
- 2/3 years’ experience work experience within Quantity Surveying.
