With plenty of work on going and in the pipeline, they are looking for a dedicated individual who has experience of working within a consultancy environment. They operate on some truly engaging projects across multiple construction sectors such as Commercial, Retail, Education, Healthcare, Residential, Motor Retail, Leisure and many more. They have an excellent reputation for quality of work and are looking to add an individual to their team who can also bring high standards to the table.
Responsibilities:
- Negotiate and prepare costs for tenders and contracts.
- Value completed work and arranging for payments.
- Meet with clients.
- Analyse projects outcomes.
- Create detailed financial reports.
- Maximise potential project income.
