You will be joining a well-established Main Contractor based in Glasgow who operate on some of the most fascinating Museums in the Country covering sectors such as Art, Sport and History. They have also worked on projects on Castles, Bar & Lounge fit outs for professional sports teams and more. Responsibilities:
- Meeting with clients to discuss project requirements.
- Preparing contract documents and tenders including bill of quantities.
- Advise on procurements strategies.
- Negotiate contracts.
- Understand health and safety implications.
- Value completed works and arrange payments.
Beneficial:
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Quantity Surveying Degree.
