Based in Central Edinburgh, a well-established family business that have built their reputation on providing the highest levels of customer service are seeking a Receptionist to join their dynamic team. Summary of Role:

  • This role as a Receptionist is extremely important because you are the face and voice of the company. You are the first person that visitors will see when they arrive and how you handle them sets their impression for the rest of their visit. The same applies to the phone. As we all know, an upbeat and charismatic receptionist can completely transform the callers experience and therefore this is for someone who thrives on contact with others.
  • You would be supporting the reception team in a client and customer facing role and ultimately it would suit someone who is comfortable using phones, communicative and looking to be part of a busy, dynamic team. Training will be provided, so this will largely come down to character and approach.
  • You do not necessarily have to have previous reception experience but you do have to have a confident phone manner and be willing to learn.

Salary will be competitive and based on experience.
